Welcome to QRify, an application that provides QR code generation and related features. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QRify mobile application ("App") provided by QRify ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
QRify offers subscription-based access to its premium features through the QR Pro Subscription with the following plan:
Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple App Store account.
Payments for QR Pro Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store. You agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan. All payments are in US dollars and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
All QR Pro Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failures during the payment process that prevent access to the App’s services. In such cases, you may request a refund through the Apple App Store, subject to their refund policies. To request support or report a payment issue, please contact us at https://tally.so/r/np1rDJ.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, in compliance with Apple’s App Store policies. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
